Family Medicine Opportunity In Winter Haven, Florida
AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking to employ Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Physicians to join our collaborative and mission-driven team, in one of the fastest growing areas in the United States, Winter Haven, Florida.
Opportunity Highlights:
Established patient base and strong referral network across AdventHealth
Well established multispecialty provider group (75 years) - 125+ employed in the area
Value-Based Medicine practice model, panel 30-40%, rest FFS patients
Outpatient/Clinic only, no inpatient rounding
DAX A-I scribe tool available
All-in-One Ancillary Services built around primary care; lab, imaging, CT scan, MRI, pharmacy, therapy, specialty
Part of the largest faith-based health system in Florida, providing whole-person care

Who We're Looking For:
Board Certified / Eligible Family or Internal Medicine
New grads welcome
Team-player excited to grow value-based services and provide whole-person care
