Job description
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a welcoming community-focused hospital. We’re seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Hospitalist to join a collaborative healthcare team in Elma, WA.
What You’ll Do:
Manage and treat hospitalized patients across a variety of medical conditions
Perform patient assessments, admissions, and daily rounds
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and care teams to ensure quality outcomes
Provide patient and family education to support continuity of care
What You’ll Bring:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Active Washington medical license or ability to obtain
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care
