Job description
Essentia Health Grand Rapids Clinic is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join a 4 MDs and 4 NPs team in a new 24-exam-room facility. Clinic work will be in Grand Rapids; hospitalist duties occur at Deer River Hospital, a 20-bed Critical Access facility with 24/7 ER and nurse triage.
The position is physician-led, with 0 evening clinic calls, and hospitalist coverage as 3–4 day stretches every six weeks. EPIC EMR is used, with flexible 0.6–1.0 FTE scheduling.
