Job description
Optum California is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our primary care team in Rialto, California. This outpatient role focuses on long-term, patient-centered care within an integrated care model to improve health outcomes.
You will workMonday through Friday, 8am–5pm, with no call and no weekends, managing care for adults and seniors with a dedicated support staff and a strong team approach.
