Job description
Harmony Healthcare Long Island invites applications for a Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician in Freeport, NY. This exempt role reports to the Chief Medical Officer and offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care within a nonprofit healthcare network.
The physician should be NY-licensed, board certified or eligible, and have 1–2 years of experience. Bilingual English and Spanish or Creole/French is preferred; travel to other sites may be required.
