Job description
A non-profit hospital system in northwest Indiana is adding Family Medicine physicians to its team of primary care physicians. This established healthcare system is steadily expanding in virtually all physician service lines. Their physicians work well together and are eager to provide mentorship and support in developing physician practices. The group has needs in Crown Point and Valparaiso, IN.
nnAbout the Opportunity:
nnWork in a small-group setting.
nMonday-Friday work week. No weekends
n36 clinical hours per week
nAverage daily patient census 20-24
nShared call structure with several providers
nEPIC EMR
nOpening due to Growth
n nCompensation/Benefits:
nnGuaranteed base salary ($250K range) plus RVUs with a bonus structure based on productivity and quality
nUp to $25,000 in relocation assistance
nRobust benefits package including Medical, dental, vision, malpractice with tail, $6,000 per contract year for license, dues, CME
n nLocation/Community:
nnFamily-friendly locations, all within a 1-hour drive of Chicago.
