Job DescriptionJoin Our Team at Avera Worthington
\ NWe’re seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine to join our outpatient team and provide exceptional care to patients in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.
\ NWhat You’ll Do
\ N Join a collaborative team of physicians and advanced practitioners
\ N Provide high-quality care in the clinic
\ N Provide nursing home rounds as part of your patient care responsibilities
\ N Schedule
\ N Clinic Hours Monday- Friday 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM
\ N 5 days per week;
1hour lunch
\ N Urgent Care Hours until8:30 PM and weekends until 5:00 PM
\ N Qualifications
\ N MD or DO, licensed (or eligible) in Minnesota
\ N Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
\ N DEA certification (state and federal)
