Mission-driven community health organization serving patients across multiple locations in northeastern North Carolina.
Full clinical and administrative support staff available
Team-based care environment
On-site Specialists: None
Call Responsibilities
Very light after-hours telephonic call
Calls are first triaged by experienced RN staff
Provider contacted only for urgent situations or documentation clarification
Weekend or Holiday Call: None — Clinics are closed on major holidays.
Schedule & Coverage
Monday through Friday coverage
Five days per week preferred
Open to 3–4 consecutive day schedules
Lunch Break: 1 hour
Candidate Requirements
FNP or PA-C
Minimum 2+ years of experience preferred
Willingness to see 16–18 patients per day
Meet quality metrics for preventive and chronic disease management
Credentialing
Fast credentialing turnaround
Credentialing with major payors supported
Prior Medicare/Medicaid enrollment not required but preferred
