With multiple convenient office locations and a flexible, production-based compensation model, this is a great fit for both new graduates and experienced physicians looking to grow their practice.
What You'll Do:
* Provide preventive care, annual physicals, and sick visits
* Diagnose and treat acute conditions and manage chronic diseases
* Oversee medication management and health screenings
* Serve as the patient's first point of contact within a coordinated care network
* Collaborate with a broad range of specialists across the practice
What You'll Bring:
* MD or DO, board certified/eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
* Active or eligible New York medical license
* Comfort working within a production-based (revenue-share) compensation model
* Open to new grads or physicians with prior experience
