\ N What You'll Do:
\ N Provide preventive care, annual physicals, and sick visits
\ N Diagnose and treat acute conditions and manage chronic diseases
\ N Oversee medication management and health screenings
\ N Serve as the patient's first point of contact within a coordinated care network
\ N Collaborate with a broad range of specialists across the practice
\ N \ NWhat You'll Bring:
\ N MD or DO, board certified/eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
\ N Active or eligible New York medical license
\ N Comfort working within a production-based (revenue-share) compensation model
\ N Open to new grads or physicians with prior experience

\ N Production-based compensation, with earning potential from $215,000 up to $330,000+ depending on patient volume
\ N Flexible schedule within Monday–Friday office hours & no weekends
\ N Multiple convenient Long Island practice locations to choose from
