Job description
American Academy of Family Physicians is expanding its seven-county service with a Direct Primary Care role in Indiana. The position features a 4-day, 32-hour work week, plus 5 hours weekly for administrative and care coordination, and on-call duties paid separately.
You will provide family medicine across the lifespan in a community mental health setting, with loan repayment and relocation options, PTO, CME allowance, and potential leadership opportunities.
