An independent hospital in Northwest Iowa seeks a Family Medicine physician to join a collaborative primary care team, with the opportunity to step into a Medical Director leadership role. The role offers a 4-day work week with 32 patient-facing hours, a moderate volume of 15-18 patients per day, and a recently renovated facility with experienced nursing staff.
