Job description
The Oasis Center of the Rogue Valley is seeking a Family Medicine Provider to join a new clinic co-located with a residential substance use disorder treatment campus. This position focuses on whole-family health in a medical home setting.
You will provide pediatrics, adult acute and preventive care, prenatal/postpartum (no deliveries), and medications for SUD, aiming to redefine how care is delivered to families affected by substance use disorders.
