Job description
The Oasis Center of the Rogue Valley is hiring a full-time Family Medicine Provider (MD/DO) to join a new clinic co-located on a residential SUD treatment campus. Work four days a week with no weekends, using EPIC for documentation.
The role delivers the full spectrum of primary care, including pediatrics, adult preventive and acute care, prenatal/postpartum, and medications for SUD, aiming to be the family's medical home beyond treatment services.
