Requirements
General Requirements MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Eligible for or currently holding an active state medical license
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary clinical teams
