Compensation & Incentives
Base salary of $240,000 annually
Employer-paid contribution to Nevada Public Employees Retirement System (PERS) – 36.75% of base salary
Full vesting after 5 years
Health insurance premium 100% covered for the employee
Family/spouse/children coverage available with employee contribution
$10,000 signing bonus with a 2-year commitment
Up to $10,000 relocation reimbursement with a 2-year commitment
$10,000 housing stipend if purchasing a home in Pershing County (2-year commitment required)
Eligible to participate in National Health Service Corps (NHSC) loan repayment program
No state income tax in Nevada
Position Highlights
Outpatient-only primary care – no inpatient or hospital call
Monday–Friday schedule, with limited phone-only call rotation
Established patient panel and strong community demand

Requirements
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in Nevada
