Role Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive care for individuals and families spanning all ages, from children to seniors.
Oversee chronic disease management, preventive health, acute care, and mental wellness with a patient-centered perspective.
Perform physical assessments, analyze diagnostic tests, and create tailored treatment strategies.
Work with care coordinators, mental health experts, and specialists to ensure integrated care.
Engage in initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality of care and operational effectiveness.
Leverage electronic medical record (EMR) systems to keep precise, current patient records.
Provide care in both face-to-face and virtual settings to accommodate patient choices.
Education Requirements
MD or DO from a recognized medical institution.
Successfully completed a Family Medicine residency program.
Certifications
Board Certification in Family Medicine.
Eligible for (or currently possess) an active North Carolina medical license.
BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
Skills and Experience
