Job description
Lovelace Medical Group in Roswell, NM seeks a Family Medicine Physician to lead and grow the Roswell Primary Care Clinic as Medical Director. This role combines patient care with leadership responsibilities over a team of four physicians, five APPs, and a supportive clinical staff.
You will oversee quality initiatives, rural health clinic compliance, and policy development while delivering comprehensive outpatient care across the lifespan in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
