Family Medicine
Join to apply for the Family Medicine role at Delta Companies Inc.
Location: Milbank, SD
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $300K + Bonus + call pay
Bonus: 40% of gross charges totaling over $420K
Sign on Bonus: $160K day 1
Call paid: $125.00 Hr.
CME: $5K + days
Residency Stipend: $30K per year
Retention bonus: 5% of annual salary
Vacation: 6 weeks annually
Holidays: 6 days annually
Relocation: $12K
Health, Dental, Life, Long-Term Disability, FICA - SS and Medicare
403(b), Retirement plan 5% of salary
Malpractice and Tail
Responsibilities and Facility Details
Clinic 8am-5pm M-F
Call rotation 1:5 - IP/ER
No OB required “but” is an option if interested - (C-sections)
Skilled Nursing Facility/Swing beds
Qualifications and Skills
BC or BE within 1 year of employment
Community
NO STATE TAX - South Dakota
