This is a fantastic outpatient opportunity to join a well-established Community Health Clinic north of Indianapolis! The group is seeking additional Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine physicians to join their team!

nnWork in a small group team setting
nOutpatient only – no hospital call
nFlexible scheduling with 35 patient contact hours per week. 4-day workweek
nExcellent leadership support working with HHS waiver, J1/H1B Visa, and Immigration processing
neClinicalWorks EMR
n$236K to $241K compensation + comprehensive benefit package
n$100K loan repayment
nThe group has needs in South Bend, Spencer, Seymour, and Marion, IN

nSouth Bend is a city on the St. Joseph River in Indiana. It’s known for its proximity to the adjacent University of Notre Dame, with its gold-domed main building.
