Job description
Community Health Network seeks an Advanced Practice Provider for its Family Medicine Care, Noblesville location. The role is a 0.8 FTE outpatient position within a leading not-for-profit integrated healthcare system in central Indiana.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in primary care, holds national certification or APRN certification, and is eligible for prescriptive authority in Indiana.
