Job description
Praxis Health in La Grande, OR is expanding its Primary Care team and seeks a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our patient-centered practice. You will provide comprehensive primary care within a collaborative, team-based setting and work closely with physicians and other APPs to deliver high-quality care to our community.
We operate a 4-day clinic workweek with a shared telephone on-call rotation (approximately 1 week every 6 weeks).
