Job description
Prairie Family Medicine, part of Praxis Health, in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner for our community-rooted, outpatient primary care practice.
We offer a four‑day workweek with 16–18 patients per day, a base salary guarantee of $130,000–$140,000 plus productivity bonus, sign‑on and retention incentives, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance. ThriveAP, paid malpractice, 401K and Roth options are included.
