Job description
Vanguard Medical Group in Jersey City, NJ is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our care team on a full-time basis. The NP will deliver comprehensive primary care across the lifespan, including preventive services, acute and chronic disease management, prescribing, immunizations, and patient education, in collaboration with physicians and the broader clinical staff.
