Job description
One Medical is seeking an Advanced Practitioner (FNP/PA) to join our Mesa, AZ-based team. You will manage a diverse patient panel, treating acute, chronic, and preventive needs both in-office and via tele-health, and participate in ongoing clinical rounds for continuous learning.
Applicants must complete an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification and hold AZ state licensure by start date, with outpatient primary care experience over the past five years.
