Job description
Snoqualmie Valley Health is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to deliver patient-centered primary care across the lifespan in a full-time role (0.75 FTE or more) with benefits. You will assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions while emphasizing preventive care and wellness.
