Join a Mission-Driven Health and Wellness Clinic
Join a mission-driven Health and Wellness Clinic serving a diverse population in the heart of the Monterey Peninsula. Work with a collaborative, well-supported outpatient team of 9 providers (5 physicians and 4 APP’s) that provide care for patients of all ages.
Job Details
Full‑time outpatient NP or PA role (1.0FTE) with four 10‑hour shifts + occasional Saturday rotation
Spanish fluency required; patient panel includes all ages (5+)
Compensation: $146,000–$167,000 base + productivity, no call
Daily volume: 20–24 patients with dedicated MA support
