Praxis Health is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our La Grande primary care team in rural Oregon. New grads welcome; 4-day workweek; 100% outpatient care with a supportive mentorship-focused environment.
You’ll work alongside two physicians and three APPs, with integrated behavioral health support and opportunities for loan repayment through Oregon programs. This role emphasizes autonomy within a collaborative, patient-centered practice.
