Job description
Sentara Medical Group invites an APP (NP or PA) to join Sentara Family Medicine at our Old Hampton location in Hampton, VA. This full-time role offers Monday–Friday hours, with 4 hours of dedicated administrative time weekly, and a 7:00a–5:00p schedule with flexibility.
The position supports routine care, annual wellness visits, and pre-operative evaluations in a community-focused setting, complemented by comprehensive benefits and strong EHR support.
