Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing family medicine program in Middleton, ID. The role emphasizes comprehensive primary care within a multispecialty framework and co-location with urgent care.
The provider will work under a supervising physician, deliver care across the continuum, and support a clinic designed for up to five PCPs with access to on-site X-ray, labs, and a procedure room.
