Job description
UVA Stuarts Draft Family Practice is seeking a nurse practitioner or physician assistant (APP) to join the team in Stuarts Draft, VA. The provider will work with the medical director and interprofessional team to manage patient care across UVA Health System.
Compensation includes a tiered base salary ($105k for 0–5 years, $115k for 5–10 years, $125k for >10 years) with a $10,000 guaranteed incentive for the first two years, transitioning to a productivity-based plan thereafter.
