Job description
Reliant Medical Group, part of the Optum family, seeks a Full Time Advanced Practitioner (NP or PA) to join our Leominster, MA team in a patient-centered primary care setting. You will collaborate with a physician-led team to deliver value-based care and coordinate ongoing patient management.
Ideal candidates are board-certified NP or PA with MA licensure, an active DEA license, and a minimum of 1 year APC experience in primary care.
