Job description
Vista Community Clinic is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive primary care in our Fallbrook clinic. Under supervision, you will perform preventive care, immunizations, exams, patient education and prescribing within your scope of training.
You will document notes and coordinate with the care team to support patient outcomes. Minimum one year in ambulatory care, California NP certification and CPR/BLS for all ages are required.
