This contract role offers an excellent opportunity for a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to provide patient‑centered care in a supportive worksite environment. Key Responsibilities
Provide family medicine care directly at the worksite
Conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and deliver treatment plans
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated, high‑quality patient care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation aligned with clinic standards
Schedule & Shift Details
Shift 1: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Four‑day daytime schedule
No nights, weekends, or holidays
Pay Transparency Compensation varies based on location, experience, and performance. Some sites require disclosure of pay and benefits. This role may also be eligible for bonuses or incentives depending on business needs. Employees may receive health insurance, optional dental and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid holidays, and PTO or sick time. The estimated hourly rate for this position is $51.00.
