The clinic maintains structured clinical workflows and established protocols to support consistent and coordinated care delivery across all scheduled coverage periods. Clinical operations are organized to accommodate day shift locum tenens coverage on an on-site basis. About the Facility Location The area offers clinicians on assignment a range of cultural, historical, and recreational attractions suited to varied interests. Points of interest include the Freedom Trail, Fenway Park, the Museum of Science, and the Arnold Arboretum, alongside distinct neighborhoods such as Beacon Hill and the North End, each featuring distinctive architecture, dining, and public art. Harbor cruises, whale watching, walking tours, and free public programming are available throughout the year, and a day trip to Salem - approximately 30 minutes away - provides additional options with notable historical significance. About the Clinician's Workday Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages at an on-site clinic, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on a day shift schedule, with one hour of administrative time allotted for every four hours worked. The expected caseload is 14 patients per day, structured as 7 patients in the morning and 7 in the afternoon. Clinical responsibilities encompass the evaluation and management of primary care conditions across all age groups, with the majority of the patient population consisting of adults. Required credentials include a state NP license, DEA registration, prescriptive authority, and one reference; board certification is negotiable, with a credentialing timeframe of approximately 7 days.
