A well-established primary care practice in Brewster, Washington, is seeking an experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a close-knit team providing comprehensive care in a state-of-the-art clinic.
Position Highlights:
Full-time opportunity
Will be sole provider some of the time
Choose a 4-day/10-hour or 5-day/8-hour work schedule
Clinic open Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Join a team of 1 physician and 1 APP
Practice in a modern, state-of-the-art primary care clinic
Collaborative environment working alongside physicians and other APPs
Government site qualified with HPSA Score of 16
Mentoring program available
Compensation/Benefits: $138K-$160K base salary , depending on experience
RVU-based bonus opportunity

Qualifications: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Minimum of 5 years NP/PA experience required
Ability to obtain an active Washington State license
Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other APPs
Strong, compassionate communication skills for educating patients and families
Thorough documentation and comprehensive patient record management
Spanish-speaking skills preferred
