nJob description:
nWe are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. We are a solo family practice in Deer Park, NY, offering a comfortable and supportive environment.
nResponsibilities:
nnAssist with in person and virtual visits
nCollaborate with supervising physicians
nProvide primary healthcare services to patients ages 12+
nConduct physical exams and patient assessments
nDiagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
nEducate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
n nExperience:
nn Mandatory at least one year experience managing your own patient panel
n Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n Active NY state license
n Masters Diploma from certified Nurse Practitioner program
n Preferred multilingual i.e. urdu, hindi, spanish.
n n-Compensation options include 1099 or W2 starting range from $70-$80/hour based on experience or $127k-$145k per year
