Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner Job with SSM Health in Durand, IL at PracticeLink. Advanced Practitioner (NP or PA) opportunity in a state-of-the-art clinic with onsite lab and imaging, joining two physicians in a collaborative outpatient setting.

Position Highlights

Outpatient clinic setting with a collaborative and efficient workflow

Flexible schedule: Part-time (0.6 FTE) or Full-time (0.8 FTE) options available

Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM

Great work/life balance: No nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call duties

Work alongside two physicians in a state-of-the-art clinic
