Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8 Pay Rate: $72.75 - $78.75
This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity.
· Schedule: Monday – Friday 8a-5p
· Patients per day: 18
· Practice Setting: Federally Qualified Health Center
· Scope: Outpatient Clinic
· State Licensure: Washington state medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Board Certified and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).
· Credentialing Timeframe: 3 weeks
