Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support to fill a current need.
Details and Requirements
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8a-5p
Patients per day: 18
Practice Setting: Federally Qualified Health Center
Scope: Outpatient Clinic
State Licensure: Washington state medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Board Certified and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
Credentialing Timeframe: 3 weeks
