Job description
Whether you are an experienced Advance Practice Provider looking for a change or a New APP, UHS Primary Care offers you excellent opportunities. All new graduate hires will attend our Advance Practice Residency Program which prepares you to provide safe quality care in a Primary Care practice.
The successful applicant will cover providers patient panels while they are out for disability, FMLA, and/or vacation time. Providers may also perform acute tele‐medicine visits from their home base practice.
Family Nurse Practitioners must possess a current New York State license as an RN and Family Nurse Practitioner. Physician Assistants likewise must possess a current license to practice in New York State.

Our Primary Care practices provide health promotion, disease prevention, health maintenance, patient education, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses for patients of all ages.

Salary Range: $131,900 ‐ $155,200 annually
Work Environment
All work is performed in offices and patient examination rooms that require working in close quarters with other employees and patients. The offices are air conditioned/heated. Travel to other UHS Physician Practice locations may be necessary.
PPE is used as required by Infection Control policies.
