nJoin CentraCare’s Northway Clinic as a Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) and build your own patient panel while delivering comprehensive care to patients of all ages. This role offers the opportunity to practice independently in a supportive primary care environment, managing acute and chronic conditions, providing preventive care, and coordinating care with integrated behavioral health and specialty support resources. nnSalary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

nnMay be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.

nnnGraduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
