Job description
St. Joseph’s Health is seeking Family Medicine Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our primary care team in Syracuse, NY. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, outpatient practice with strong system support, delivering comprehensive, and patient centered care.
Position Details
Provide full-scope primary care services including preventive care
Treat patients of all ages including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations
Perform routine physicals, health screenings, and immunizations
Work within a collaborative, team based outpatient setting

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
Board Certified NP or PA
NYS licensure and DEA certification required
Willing to accept new graduate applicants
Compensation
Competitive Salary: $105,000 to $125,000 per year, plus additional productivity bonuses and salary increase with tenure
The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses or additional incentives
