Job description
Texas Health Resources is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to perform history and physicals for new and established patients and those seen for follow-up visits. You will work with a supervising physician, provide follow-up and health maintenance care, initiate treatments, counsel patients, and document care in accordance with guidelines.
In this role, you will participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with confidentiality and HIPAA.
