Leafy, welcoming, and effortlessly livable, Tigard offers the best of the Pacific Northwest with a little more room to breathe. Just southwest of Portland, this vibrant community pairs tree-lined neighborhoods and winding trails with easy access to the culture, dining, and energy of the city. Here, mornings might begin at a neighborhood coffee shop before a walk along the Fanno Creek Trail, an afternoon browsing the shops and restaurants of Bridgeport Village, or a quick escape into Oregon wine country. With Portland minutes away and the forested hills of the Willamette Valley unfolding to the west, Tigard feels remarkably connected without feeling consumed by the city.

Life here has an easy, grounded rhythm.
