Job description
MyMichigan Health in Alma, MI is seeking a clinically skilled RN who will perform patient assessment, coordinate care, and support providers. Under supervision, you will document care, manage medication reconciliation, and ensure safety and quality across office and clinic settings.
Responsibilities include triaging calls, assisting with exams, maintaining accurate records in MAPS/MCIR/EMR, and educating patients and families about medications and care plans.
