Our practice is seeking a full-time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our outpatient primary care practice in Holiday, Florida. This position offers a competitive base salary of $270,000–$300,000 and the opportunity to practice in a value-based primary care model focused on quality, prevention, chronic disease management, and long-term patient outcomes.

Candidate Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
New graduates welcome
Active or eligible Florida medical license
Comfortable practicing in an outpatient primary care setting

Strong focus on quality, access, patient satisfaction, and chronic disease management
Desire to join a growing primary care organization in the Tampa Bay area
