This position offers a competitive base salary of$270,000–$300,000and the opportunity to practice ina value-based primary care modelfocused on quality, prevention, chronic disease management, and long-term patient outcomes.

Candidate Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
New graduates welcome
Active or eligible Florida medical license
Comfortable practicing in an outpatient primary care setting

Strong focus on quality, access, patient satisfaction, and chronic disease management
