With over 1,300 clinicians across more than 30 specialties, WPMG is one of the largest and most respected multi-specialty practices in the Pacific Northwest.
Position Overview:
Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine trained physician to join our South Sound Panel Replacement Services team. This unique position provides coverage for long-term assignments across our Burien, Renton, Kent, and Federal Way clinics.
Ideal candidates will have experience with telehealth and digital health-or the flexibility to incorporate virtual care into their practice.
This position is 100% outpatient with no call required.
You will have an excellent balance of patients per day and work with a centralized Telehealth Medical Center team to support your patients 24/7.
The Inbox support team will manage up to 70% of your in-basket messages.
AI Scribing & Summarization supports cutting down charting time by half.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $295,302 to $347,414 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.)
Value Based Incentive Program: Annual bonus opportunity based on organizational and team-based performance on access, service and experience goals
Generous Employer Retirement Contributions: Upon eligibility WPMG will contribute 10.3% of your base salary to your 401(K) with additional employee contributions being optional
