Position Overview:
Washington Permanente Medical Group (WPMG) is currently seeking a 0.8 FTE Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine trained physician(s) to join our Silverdale Medical Center clinic team in Silverdale, Washington.
Ideal candidates will have experience with telehealth and digital health—or the flexibility to incorporate virtual care into their practice.
This position is 100% outpatient with no call required.
You will have an excellent balance of patients per day and work with a centralized Telehealth Medical Center team to support your patients 24/7.
The Inbox support team will manage up to 70% of your in-basket messages.
AI Scribing & Summarization supports cutting down charting time by half.
In our integrated health care model, our clinicians have instant access to dozens of specialties, which allows for a level of collaboration and comprehensive treatment your patients deserve.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range:$295,302 to $347,414 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.)
Value Based Incentive Program: Annual bonus opportunity based on organizational and team-based performance on access, service and experience goals
Generous Employer Retirement Contributions: Upon eligibility WPMG will contribute 10.3% of your base salary to your 401(K) with additional employee contributions being optional

Primary Care Bonus:$100,000
Resident Monthly Stipend: For early sign-on

Qualifications
Medical Degree MD/DO Required
BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Required
Ability to obtain: Unrestricted Federal DEA
Ability to obtain: WA State Medical License
